Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship internationally.

Carriers

Orders are sent with Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We process orders 7 days a week.

Orders placed after 6:00pm are processed on the next available processing day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–6 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days from the date of your order.

Delivery costs

  • Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.

  • Orders under £50: the delivery charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a dispatch email with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carrier delays, severe weather or peak periods may cause orders to take longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update it only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
