We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

Product images are provided for illustration and minor differences in colour or finish may occur.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Orders and Contracts

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, including if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cannot fulfil an order and payment has already been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the affected order or product.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major debit and credit cards and Shop Pay.

Payment is processed when you place your order.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We process orders 7 days a week.

Orders placed after 5:00pm are processed on the next available processing day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays or severe weather.

7. Returns and Cancellation

Our Return & Refund Policy explains our 30-day voluntary return policy, return process, return costs and refunds.

If you purchase goods online as a consumer, you may also have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

Where applicable, eligible online purchases generally have a 14-day cancellation period from the day you receive the goods. These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal requirements.

The version in force when you place your order will generally apply to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of the part of the UK in which you live.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
